HEALTH OFFICE REMINDERS

1.  Keep your emergency contact information current.
2.  Remember your child has feelings.  Call with any home problems.
3.  Report communicable diseases...example, strep, chicken pox and LICE.
4.  Nutrition is important.  Send healthy snacks like fruit, yougurt, cheese and crackers.
5.  All medications must have a Doctor's written order... even over the counter ones like Tylenol and eye drops. The form can be downloaded from the Edison school website at www.edison.k12.nj.us.
